Our research on success led us to develop tools and resources to help people name practices, threats, goals and more related to achieving physical, mental, spiritual, financial, creative, and social balance.
Our learning framework is available in print or video, and we host safe spaces for active users to grow a community of support and accountability .
We offer subscriptions for individuals or small groups, and content licensing for schools, businesses, and human services agencies. Complete the program on your own or get a program for your organization.

Empowering people and creative expression is what I love most. My journey has been shaped by incredible teachers, directors, and mentors who helped me navigate personal and systemic challenges—changing not just my life, but the promise of future generations. As the founder and CEO of Speaklight, a social impact company, my mission is to help others grow through innovative education and self-discovery.

With a background in education and research, I’ve spent years studying what success looks like in schools and workplaces. That work led me to create Stay’n Charge, an equitable learning framework designed to help people reach their full potential. Now, I spend my days making that framework accessible to a growing global community—through books, digital media, and interactive workshops. I collaborate with schools, community organizations, and businesses to deliver enrichment programs that empower youth and adult learners across the U.S.

Beyond education, music is a huge part of my life. As a music producer, songwriter, and artist, I write, compose, record, and mix music for artists and sound designers. I’ve worked with organizations like Writing Sessions America to create records and to teach music production fundamentals. In 2020, I released Magic, a digital music catalog showcasing my work under my publishing company, Pennamejacob Publishing. In 2024, my single "Legends" secured sync placements on platforms like Netflix and MTV.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, meditating, enjoying nature, or soaking up time with my friends and family.
